Does the prompter really follow my voice?+
It does — that's the whole feature. Switch on Smart Follow and just talk. The script keeps pace with you: pause and it waits, speed up and it keeps up, stumble or improvise a line and it stays with you instead of leaving you behind. It follows you in every one of the 20 script languages, dialects included. Your voice is only ever used to keep your place — it's never stored, and it never ends up in your recording.
What's the difference between Pro and Studio?+
Pro unlocks the hands-free experience — Smart Follow voice tracking, unlimited scripts, 4K · 60fps recording, and 5 AI script polishes a day. Studio is for creators who live in it: everything in Pro, plus unlimited AI enhancements with priority speed, auto-captions (export SRT / VTT straight from your recordings), early access to new tools, and priority support.
If I subscribe on the website, does the app unlock too?+
Yes — that's the whole point. Your plan is attached to your account, not your platform. Subscribe here with the same email you use in the app and Pro or Studio is active on both, usually within seconds.
Why is the web price 10% cheaper with HOME10?+
Web purchases aren't processed through Apple, so there's no App Store commission — and we pass the difference to you. The HOME10 code only works on homeprompter.app.
Where do my recordings go?+
Your recordings stay on your device. HomePrompter records and stores video on your iPhone — and to your Photos library if you choose. Footage is never uploaded to our servers; we can't see it, and neither can anyone else.
Which languages are supported?+
Your scripts can be in 20 languages — English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, Hindi, Chinese, Arabic, Hebrew, Turkish, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Indonesian, Ukrainian and Persian. The prompter auto-detects the language, voice-follows in it, and lays out Arabic, Hebrew and Persian in true right-to-left — it even keeps its place in mixed-language scripts.
How many devices can I use?+
Each account works on 2 devices. Scripts sync between them automatically; recordings stay on the device that filmed them.
Is there an Android version?+
